guys don't buy this protein before buying just try to connect with customer support 18001033611 your call won't be connected. They don't accept COD and if you place the order once you can't cancel it even if it is not shipped. And they don't forward any tracking and courier details. the worst customer support they have. If you want to check then call the customer care or mail them you will get to know it. the whatsapp support is also not replying total waste of time.

The products really good but there are real big issues with delivery and customer service but if you are patient enough its definately worth it

I placed a prepaid order (Order ID: 706863_46301) and received the package in an open condition. I refused to accept it and returned it to the delivery person on the spot due to safety concerns. I raised a complaint with proof, but no one from Avvatar responded to my email. I also tried calling their customer care multiple times, but it’s either not reachable or no one picks up. It's been days, and there has been zero response. This kind of non-cooperation and unresponsiveness is unacceptable, especially from a reputed brand. If you care about product safety and customer service, I suggest thinking twice before ordering. Very disappointing.
