tastes very artificial nakpro gold tastes better mixability is bad I have to shake for 30-40secs rigorously to have lump free shake it's alright good digestion not sure about results I think the quality of the whey is very low avvatar 100% performance whey is better than this and in some flavours it's almost the same amount of protein
