If you're beginner or can't tolerate plain taste don't go for unflavoured. I ordered unflavoured tastes awful but however I don't care about taste as it giving me more protein intake. Still next time I'll not go for unflavoured. I'll try flavoured one and update here. Product delivered in 2 days. If shake is foaming too much then try with glass and spoon(takes 5-10min)
