After consuming this product I suffered from severe acne all emy body. I stopped using it and acne problem resolved on its own. Its really low quality product. do NOT buy this garbage

Do not go for this i am telling u the cons 1. taste is worse than your imagination 2.thick texture,you can feel the granules 3.after opening the packet the protein within 1 month protein powder became rotten,i have to throw it.
